Generating an Inspection Work Pack (IWP)

To generate an IWP, first select the items all of the items you wish to inspect in the tag browser, then click on the Inspection drop down at the top right of the grid and select Download IWP.

Select the appropriate values for Inspection Type and Grade and the appropriate checksheets will be generated. An IWP name may be entered which is used to help identify the IWP within the ExOnline app. Inspector Name and Inspection date can be entered; if known, to prefill the Inspection Check Sheets.

Then select what documents you wish to include in the IWP in the Package Inclusions section.

Clicking the Download IWP button will begin generating the IWP, this may take some time depending on how many items and documents there are. Once the system has finished generating the work pack a zip file will begin downloading. This file will be named iwpResult.zip unless a name has been specified.

The zip file should be moved to the device you wish to perform inspections on and then opened in the ExOnline Inspection app. To learn how to perform inspections with the ExOnline Inspection app refer to [ExOnline Inspection Tutorial](InspectionTutorial.md)

The ExOnline Inspection app supports merging of work packs, this means that all of your inspectors can be working off the same IWP and simply merge their work packs prior to uploading the results.
